Which areas does Headland Coffee service?

Headland Coffee is based in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. Our mobile coffee Jeep services the entire Gold Coast, as well all suburbs in the council areas of Brisbane, Logan and Redland cities. For events outside these areas, travel may be possible by arrangement.

What type of events do you cater for?

We cater for a wide range of events, including:

• Corporate events and office functions

What makes Headland Coffee different from other coffee vans?

We operate from a Jeep Wrangler, which allows us to access locations that traditional coffee vans or trailers can’t. Our setup is compact, professional, and designed for events where space, appearance, and reliability matter. We are able to go off grid, powered by our quiet, green solar batteries.

Is your coffee setup self-contained?

Yes. Our coffee setup is fully self-contained, including power and water. In most cases, we do not require access to on-site power or water.

Do you need power at the event?

We prefer access to mains power but if this is not available, we can bring our own power supply, using quiet batteries charged with solar power.

How many coffees can you serve per hour?

We typically serve between 30 and 45 coffees per hour, depending on menu complexity and event flow. This can be increased by tailoring the menu. For large events, we can advise on timing and volume during planning.

What coffee do you serve?

We serve specialty-grade espresso-based coffee, including:

• Espresso

• Long black

• Flat white

• Latte

• Cappuccino

Espresso drinks can be served hot or iced, and for specialty iced drinks and coffee cocktails, we also carry small batch cold brew coffee.

We also serve non-coffee options including matcha, chai and of course hot chocolates. Babyccinos are available for the kids.

Milk options and dietary alternatives can be arranged on request.

What equipment do you use?

Headland Coffee only uses top-end Italian coffee equipment including a La Marzocco coffee machine and a Mazzer grider, the same brands you would find in good coffee shops. 

Instead of using a generator, we use an Ecoflow Delta Pro solar-charged battery unit to power our equipment when we don't have access to a power socket. Customers love how quiet it is!

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes. We can provide alternative milk options such as oat, soy, almond or even tiger nut milk! Let us know your requirements when booking.

We also partner with Yumbar, to stock delicous dairy-free, gluten-free ice creams.

How much space do you need?

We require approximately one standard car parking space. Exact space requirements depend on event layout and access.

How far in advance should I book?

For weekends and peak event periods, we recommend booking as early as possible. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on availability.

Do you cater for weddings?

Yes. We provide coffee service for weddings, including pre-ceremony, post-ceremony, and reception service. We work closely with couples and planners to fit seamlessly into the event schedule.

Do you cater for corporate events?

Yes. Corporate events are a core part of our business. We service offices, product launches, staff events, and conferences across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Can you do open homes?

We partner with local real estate agents to provide a welcoming, quality coffee for interested buyers at open homes and auctions, to make them feel at home.

Do you operate at markets and public events?

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry public liability insurance for up to $20 million.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing depends on event duration, number of guests, location, and service requirements. We provide clear quotes with no hidden fees, usually based on an hourly rate. 

We are also able to cater events where customers pay for their own drinks by credit card or EFTPOS.

How do I book Headland Coffee?

What happens if it rains?

Our setup is suitable for outdoor events, but adequate cover may be required in wet weather. We will discuss weather contingencies during planning.

Can you brand the setup for corporate events?
